Before the Red Fort blast, terrorist Umar Un Nabi had gone to Mewat on the night of 9 November. On November 10, he came to Delhi from Badarpur border in the morning, reached the mosque and Connaught Place, then at 6:52 in the evening he himself was killed by a car blast near Red Fort metro station.

Terrorist Umar Un Nabi had gone to Mewat in Haryana, a night before the blast near the Red Fort on Monday, 10 November. He had passed through the toll plaza at 1:36 am with a car filled with explosives. The investigating agencies are now trying to find out why and whom Umar had gone to meet in Mewat the night before the last blast?
Was Umar scared of the continuous arrests?
After the arrests that started in Jammu and Kashmir from October 19, panic had spread among the people of this terrorist module. It is believed that Umar Un Nabi was also scared of this and was looking for a place to hide the car full of explosives. In this connection he must have reached Mewat in Haryana. Terrorist Umar had entered Delhi on the morning of 10th November.
On November 10, the day of the Delhi blast, at around 8 am, his i20 car was seen coming from Faridabad towards Delhi from the toll located on Badarpur border. At the toll plaza, Umar looks at the CCTV cameras several times. That means he had an idea that he was the target of the investigating agencies. During this time Umar was wearing a mask.
Umar reached Delhi’s Faiz-e-Ilahi Masjid at 12 noon.
At 12 noon on 10th November, terrorist Umar had gone to Faiz-e-Ilahi Masjid in Old Delhi. He stayed here for 10 minutes. His face is clearly visible in the CCTV footage. Faiz-e-Ilahi Masjid is located opposite Turkman Gate, close to Ramlila Maidan. In the CCTV footage, he was seen entering and exiting the mosque.
Terrorist Omar reached Connaught Place at 2 pm
Terrorist Umar was seen near Connaught Place with his i-20 car at around 2 pm on 10th November. Connaught Place is considered the heart and most high-profile area of Delhi. Parliament House, India Gate and other big buildings are very close from here. Let us tell you that before carrying out the blast in Delhi, Umar kept roaming in many areas of the city by car.
Omar un Nabi had stayed in Sunehri Masjid before the blast.
Shortly before the blast, i.e. at 6.20 pm, Umar was seen in the CCTV installed in the Lal Fort parking lot. Earlier, he had stayed at the Sunehri Masjid located near the Red Fort from 3 pm to around 6.15 pm. Later he came out from the parking of the mosque and at 6.52 pm reached the traffic signal near Red Fort Metro station and blasted the car.
