Raw banana chutney recipe
To make raw banana sauce, first wash the banana peel thoroughly and cut it into small pieces. Then boil the peel and sieve. Then after cooling, grind ginger, green chillies, garlic and coconut. After this, add salt, lemon juice, a little mustard oil and a little roasted cumin powder and mix. Banana peel sauce looks quite tasty. You can store it for 4 days in freeze.
