Vandana Chaudhary of Jhansi is also an example of this. Vandana started working in soft toys by taking training under ODOP four years ago. Vandana, which has displayed its ODOP products in many cities of the country, will now exhibit its products in the India International Trade Fair, which is going to start from November 14 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. Apart from Vandana, Jhansi’s prestigious Vaidyanath Group and Mahavidya E Commerce will also participate in this trade fair.
Vandana took training in making soft toys in 2021
Vandana Chaudhary, who belongs to an economically and socially deprived section, received training in making soft toys through the Industries Department under ODOP in 2021. After this training, Vandana was provided a sewing machine free of cost. After this Vandana started making and selling soft toys, which improved her livelihood. Vandana displayed the soft toys made by her in the exhibition organized at many places including Prayagraj, Haridwar. Vandana is now going to exhibit her soft toys in the India International Trade Fair.
Jhansi’s skills will be showcased in India International Trade Fair
Apart from Vandana’s Soft Toys from Jhansi, other entrepreneurs will also participate in the India International Trade Fair. Vaidyanath, a reputed group of Ayurveda, Mahavidya e-commerce, manufacturer of Shajar silver jewelery will also have a stake in this trade show. Jhansi Deputy Commissioner Industries Manish Chaudhary said that Jhansi entrepreneurs will participate in the India International Trade Fair.
