Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh): A massive fire broke out in a coaching center in Aliganj area of Lucknow around 2 pm on Monday afternoon. Death of many people has been confirmed in this accident and many bodies have been taken out from the spot. According to media reports, 15 have died so far. However, the administration has not confirmed this yet. Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is keeping an eye on this incident. He has instructed the officials to evacuate the people safely and provide proper treatment.
How did the fire break out in the coaching class of Lucknow?
Let us tell you that about 10 fire brigade vehicles are at the spot to extinguish this huge fire. SDRF and NDRF teams have also reached there. The team broke the wall of the adjacent house to save the people. But it is sad that dead bodies are being taken out from there. It is being told that this fire is likely to have occurred due to short circuit in the AC.
CM Yogi is keeping an eye on the accident
The CM has instructed senior officials to immediately contact the affected families and provide them all possible help. He has also said that the injured should be ensured to get the best treatment. Earlier, UP Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak had told that the ongoing rescue operation at the coaching center of Aliganj is about to end.
Deputy CM cried after seeing the dead bodies coming out
Deputy CM Brijesh Pathak said that the fire was so intense that “Fire brigade personnel broke the wall of the second floor of the adjacent house and entered inside. Due to the excessive smoke, exhaust fans have been installed and each room is being searched. Every room and washroom has been checked.”Pathak confirmed that several institutions including a coaching centre, an animation center and a pet shop were running in the building. He said some students were injured while trying to escape.
