There has been a big blow from the Supreme Court in the famous Bharat Tiwari encounter case of Bhojpur. The Supreme Court refused to hear the case immediately. The PIL was filed by advocate Vishal Tiwari, demanding the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to investigate the encounter, registering an FIR against the policemen involved in the incident and constituting an investigation committee under the supervision of a retired judge. However, the top court refused to hear it immediately and directed the petitioner to mention the matter before the Registrar of the Supreme Court.
