The surprising thing is that the madman kept attacking the girl on her neck and people standing at a distance kept making videos of her, but no one had the courage to save her.
After the murder the accused fell unconscious
Actually, this shocking incident took place in Amgaon of Baihar police station area of Balaghat district. Where on Tuesday morning at 11 am, the accused murdered the girl by slitting her throat. After killing the girl, the accused became unconscious and fell on the road. ASP Adarsh-Kant Shukla, who is investigating the case, said that the body has been kept in the hospital for postmortem. The girl has been identified as Ritu Bhandarkar (23), resident of Amgaon. The accused has been arrested there. He is being interrogated. Initially the matter seems to be a love affair.
Swore to live and die together and committed murder

They have demanded that the accused’s house be demolished…he should be given death sentence.
