UP Home Guard Recruitment 2025 OTR Registration
Eligibility to apply for Home Guard posts
To apply for UP Home Guard posts, it is mandatory for the candidate to have passed 10th class. Along with this, the minimum age of the candidate has been fixed at 18 and maximum 30 years. Age will be calculated from the day the registration starts. You will also get the benefit of one to three points of NCC and Bharat Scout and Guide certificate. Three points will be given to Aapda Mitra training certificate holders and one additional point will be given to driving license (four wheeler) holders.
If any criminal case is pending against any person in the court, he will also not be eligible for registration. Such men/women who have more than one wife/husband will also not be eligible.
To be selected in this recruitment, candidates will have to undergo examination and physical test. In the physical test, male candidates will have to complete a run of 4.8 kilometers in 28 minutes, while female candidates will have to complete a run of 2.4 kilometers in 16 minutes.
