Two people died tragically in this incident, while 11 people were seriously injured. The condition of many of the injured is said to be critical. After this incident, panic has spread in the entire area.

This painful incident is being reported from Hariyawan police station area. In the morning, when the villagers were working in their fields, suddenly a stray bull ran towards the fields. The bull attacked the people present there. By the time people could understand something, many people had already fallen prey to it.

Hariyawan resident Majhile Awasthi was seriously injured in the attack. He was first brought to Hardoi Hospital, from where he was referred to Lucknow as his condition worsened, but he died on the way. After this, the same bull moved towards Kurseli intersection and attacked Ramdayal, a resident of Kheria. Ramdayal also died on the spot.

Long list of injured, panic in village, administration on alert

The 11 people injured in the attack include Shyam Lakhan, Nanhe Mishra, Bablu Mali (resident Hariyawan), Aadesh Srivastava (resident Kheria). Apart from this, Prabhu Gupta, Sitaram Gupta, Badkaunu Singh, Mishri Lal Kahri of Utra village are also said to be seriously injured. Ramdayal, Suraj Box and Sumita of Jatuli village were also injured in the bull attack. The injured have been admitted to nearby hospitals.

After the continuous attacks, there was chaos in the entire area. With great difficulty the villagers surrounded the bull and chased it towards an empty field. On information, police and administrative officials reached the spot and started relief work. Police said that the injured are undergoing treatment and the bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem.

Villagers appealed to the administration

Villagers say that the terror of stray bulls is continuously increasing in the area. There was no solution even after complaining several times. People have demanded that the administration should catch such animals as soon as possible and shift them to cow shelters so that such incidents do not happen in future.
