Patanjali founder and yoga guru Baba Ramdev has recently shared a video on his Instagram, in which he has told about some yoga asanas. He has written in the caption that how to get strength like Hanuman ji?… He has told 3 such simple things which will give strength to the body. In this, first of all he talked about Hanuman Asan. It is quite easy to do this asana, in this, keep one leg in front and one leg behind and keep it on both the hands and slowly bend the waist and neck backwards. This can help in making the waist and hips flexible, strengthening the muscles of the legs and it can help in creating balance on the legs and hands.

Hanuman Dandasana

According to Ramdev Baba, doing Hanuman Dand Asana is beneficial for health in many ways. To do this asana, first lie down on your stomach on the ground and place both hands below the shoulders. Keep your legs straight and keep your toes on the ground. Now with the help of hands, lift the chest and body above the ground. To do this asana, slide the right foot forward and the left foot backward. Spread both the legs as much as possible, keep the waist straight and the eyes towards the front. Balance on the ground with your hands. Pull the stomach inward. Slowly bring the body back to normal position. After this repeat this process again.

Bhujangasana

Baba told in the video that it is good to do Bhujangasana daily. To do Bhujangasana, first of all lie down on your stomach on the yoga mat. Keep both legs straight and toes backwards. Place both palms on the ground near the shoulders. Now lift the chest and stomach upward as if you are looking up towards the sky, the part up to the navel should remain on the ground. Keep in mind that the elbows should remain half bent, do not spread them out. Shoulders away from ears. After remaining in this position for a few seconds, come back to your old position. But keep in mind that you should do yoga as per your body’s capacity. Also, doing yoga asanas under the supervision of a yoga expert will be more beneficial.
