Ahmedabad. Adani Defense and Aerospace has decided to purchase a 100 percent stake in Indamer Technics Private Limited (ITPL). The agreement has been reached through the Horizon Aero Solutions Limited. Let us know that Horizon is a joint venture with a 50-50 partnership of Aero Solutions, Adani Defense and Prime Aero. Inderamer is a company providing techniques, aircraft maintenance, repair and overhell (MRO) services.
Greenfield site spread over 30 acres in Nagpur
Inderamer Technics Private Limited (ITPL) operates a state -of -the -art Greenfield Facility on a 30 -acre site located in the Mihan Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Nagpur. It has a capacity to keep 15 aircraft in 10 hangers. ITPL is approved by DGCA, FAA (USA) and other Global Civil Aviation Regulators. The company provides MRO services at India and global levels, including lease returns checks, heavy C-checks, structural repairs and aircraft paintings.
What did Adani say about the acquisition
According to Jeet Adani, director of Adani Airports, the Indian aviation industry has seen unprecedented changes and has become the third largest industry in terms of passenger traffic. In the coming years, Indian aviation companies are preparing to include more than 1500 aircraft. We are starting a new era in the aviation field.
