Travel from friendship to enmity
According to police information, 23 -year -old Shraddha Das and 21 -year -old Ishita Sahu were both good friends. Shraddha was a BBA student while Ishita was studying engineering. But for the last two months the conversation between the two had stopped. Seeing the beauty of Shraddha, recently got jobs, expensive phones and luxury lifestyle, Ishita gradually started burning in his mind.
The matter and the dispute between them about a male friend also started. Ishita also started jealous of the beauty and color of the shraddha. Enraged by this, Ishita made up his mind to teach Shraddha a lesson.
Ishita planned an incident for 15 days
Police investigation revealed that Ishita planned to attack for about 15 days. He discovered many ways to spoil his face on Google. Eventually he found the idea to spoil his face with acid. Ishita, with the help of her familiar Ansh Sharma, prepared fake documents using the fake letterhead of the college and the college seal. She then went to a shop at Civic Center, where the shopkeeper refused to give acid after seeing the documents.
False identity of professor made on phone
After this, Ansh Sharma described himself on the phone as a professor of a private college and talked about giving acid, which agreed to the shopkeeper. On the day of the incident, Ishita called Shraddha out of the house, saying that she had to surprise her. Shraddha started refusing, but Ishita started insisting and later when Shraddha was refusing, she took out the acid from the jar and threw it on Shraddha’s face. About 50% of Shraddha’s face was burnt in this acid attack. He has been admitted to a private hospital in critical condition. Doctors said that the next 72 hours are very important and the whole situation has not been cleared yet.
Questions arose on Ishita’s mental condition
Many shocking facts have been revealed during the police interrogation. Ishita’s mother Sarita Sahu said that Ishita was mentally disturbed for the past several days. He also got the daughter treated. Ishita had threatened to kill her mother and also said of suicide. The mother also told that the mental state of Ishita’s father is not good. After Grandma’s passing, Ishita was left alone and used to stay on mobile throughout the day. On refusal, she shouted, run and threatened to kill.
CSP M of Gorakhpur division has given information about this case. The police have arrested the main accused Ishita Sahu and her associate Ansh Sharma. The investigation is still going on and efforts are being made to punish the culprits severely.
