How to rescue?
Wake up every 30-40 minutes and walk for 2-3 minutes or stretching.
While working, keep the monitor at the eye level and keep the height of the chair-table correct.
Use an ergonomic chair supporting the spine.
While sitting, keep the feet completely on the ground.
Do exercise or walk at least 30 minutes daily.
Wake up again and again to drink water, so that the movement remains.
