King Movie Budget: According to the latest update, the budget of Shahrukh Khan’s upcoming film ‘King’ has reached Rs 350 crore. The makers have spent a huge amount on big action and spectacular visuals. This film will be released in theaters in 2026.
As Shah Rukh Khan Upcoming Film King is moving towards release, people’s excitement about it is also increasing. While the first teaser of this film and the first look of Shahrukh Khan were released on 2nd November, now the update on its budget has come out. According to the latest reports, the amount being spent on the film has made it the most expensive action film in the country. The special thing is that the budget which was already fixed for the film has now increased to more than double.

Bollywood Hungama in its report quoted sources as saying, “King was started as an action thriller with Shah Rukh Khan’s extended cameo and Sujoy Ghosh was directing it. Earlier its budget was Rs 150 crore. But the script had the possibility of it being bigger and better. When Siddharth Anand entered the picture, he sat down with Shah Rukh Khan and made a plan to make it on a larger scale, with never-seen-before action. SRK is a producer who likes to give great visuals and entertain the audience. He gave free rein to Siddharth Anand as a director with a budget of Rs 350 crore.”

6 tremendous action scenes in Shahrukh Khan’s ‘King’
It is further written in the same report that when Shahrukh Khan saw the vision of Siddharth Anand, he liked his idea very much. Quoting sources, the report reads, “King is a global film. Siddharth is going to make a film which costs crores of dollars to make in Western countries, at a fifth of its cost. There are 6 extraordinary action sequences in this film, which have been designed with perfection. Three of them have been shot on real locations. While three will be shot on the sets itself.” It is being told that a huge amount has been spent on Shahrukh Khan’s entry scene, which will be the main attraction of the film.

When will Shahrukh Khan’s film ‘King’ be released?
Talking about the star cast of ‘King’, apart from Shahrukh Khan, actors like Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan and Suhana Khan will also be seen in it. Shahrukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan has produced it under the banner of Red Chillies. The film will hit theaters in 2026. However, the final date has not been announced yet.
