Bollywood is full of entertainment, but behind the glamour, starry faces, and happy smiles, lies another side of the world of glitz, which is not widely known, especially in the ’90s, when actresses didn’t have a lot of say.

However, they did their best to keep themselves protected from strange co-actors, directors, and producers, as filmmaking was always a man’s world. But reports of bad behaviour, molestation ruled the headlines. And one such story was of a drunk Jackie Shroff, who reportedly tried to kiss Tabu, who was just 14 back then.

It was in the 1980s when Jackie Shroff and Tabu got into a controversy. Tabu, whose real name is Tabassum Fatima Hashmi, was just a teenager at that time and would accompany her elder sister, Farah Naaz, who was also an actress and was working on the film, Diljalaa, featuring Jackie Shroff. It is reported that Jackie Shroff made unwanted advances towards Tabu and it was believed that he was under the influence of alcohol. He allegedly tried to kiss Tabu forcefully, and she did her best to resist him. However, it was Danny who handled the situation and forcefully took Jackie away.

Tabu’s sister, Farah Naaz, openly talked about Jackie Shroff’s behaviour in public and dismissed by calling it a misunderstanding

Tabu’s sister, Farah Naaz, took a stand for her sister and talked openly about Jackie Shroff’s disgraceful behaviour in the media. She claimed that Jackie forcibly kissed Tabu, and it was Danny who saved her before the situation could have turned into something worse.
