PM Modi’s sharp attack on RJD: Bihar needs startups, not ‘Hands Up’ gang!

In the heat of Bihar elections, PM Modi gave a blast from Sitamarhi rally – said RJD is turning the youth into ‘goondas’, while NDA is giving ‘computers and careers’. Will Bihar return to Jungle Raj or move towards startups?

New Delhi / Sitamarhi: Amidst Bihar elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday made a direct and sharp attack on RJD. “Bihar now needs startups, not ‘Hands Up’ gangs,” he said. Modi said that RJD is trying to turn the youth into goons, while NDA is empowering them with education, technology and employment.

Why such a big attack by PM Modi on RJD?

In the public meeting held in Sitamarhi, PM Modi said that RJD and the opposition are taking the youth of Bihar in the wrong direction. He said, “NDA is giving computers and sports equipment to children, while RJD is talking about giving them pistols.” Modi further said, “These people make their children ministers and MPs, but want to make your children colourful.” Appealing to the public, he said that Bihar should not be allowed to go into the dark alley of “Jungle Raj” again.

Modi’s taunt on ‘Jungle Raj’ and ‘Katta Sarkar’

In his speech, Prime Minister Modi said that under RJD rule, Bihar had become the meaning of “harshness, cruelty, bitterness and corruption”. He gave a new slogan – “Don’t want Katta government, once again NDA government!” He said that RJD leaders are spreading wrong thinking among the youth. Referring to a viral video, Modi said, “You must have seen how a small child was talking about pistols and extortion from the RJD stage. This is not the future of Bihar, this is the mentality of RJD.”

Will Bihar return to Jungle Raj again?

Modi asked the public, “Do you want Bihar to return to those days when fear, loot and kidnapping ruled the streets? Or to become a Bihar which becomes a part of startups, education and Digital India?” He said that the goal of the NDA government is to provide new technology, education and employment to the youth, so that Bihar is run by ‘computers, not kattas’.

Modi’s enthusiasm doubled due to increased voting

Expressing happiness over the record voting in the first phase, the Prime Minister said, “You have given a big blow to the opposition, they have lost sleep.” He claimed that the people of Bihar will show confidence in NDA this time also. The second phase of Bihar elections will be held on November 11 and the results are expected on November 14.
