However, according to a report in India Today, the show will not be taken forward. Its grand finale will be held after 15 weeks.

A source associated with ‘Bigg Boss 19’ says, ‘There is no plan to extend the season. Bigg Boss 19 has been successful in every way, yet we want to stick to the fixed planning of 15 weeks. There was never any discussion on the extension, we don’t know how it became such a viral topic. The report also said that another source from the industry revealed that with the dates already fixed for host Salman Khan’s upcoming film ‘Battle of Galwan’, it would have been difficult for the team to manage the logistics. Therefore, it would have been difficult to take the show forward. Considering the 15-week schedule, the finale of ‘Bigg Boss 19’ will reportedly take place on December 7.
