After this, offer incense, lamp, fruits, flowers, betel nut, betel leaves and sweets. Offer Imarti or Jalebi and perform Aarti of Lord Bhairav. By doing this Lord Bhairav ​​becomes pleased quickly and fulfills all the wishes of the devotees.

Story of Lord Kaal Bhairav

According to mythological belief, once there was a dispute between Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva regarding superiority. When most of the gods declared Shiva and Vishnu superior, Brahma became angry and started abusing Lord Shiva. Seeing this, due to the anger of Lord Shiva, Kaal Bhairav ​​was born, who cut off one of the five heads of Brahma. It is said that this incident happened on the Ashtami Tithi of Krishna Paksha of Margashirsha month and since then this day is celebrated as Kaal Bhairav ​​Jayanti.
