Worship method-mantra of Goddess Dhumavati
– On the morning of Dhumavati Jayanti, i.e. on 22nd June, Monday, wake up early in the morning and after taking bath etc., take a resolution of fasting and worship. In the auspicious time mentioned above, install the picture of Goddess Dhumavati in a clean place in the house and start the worship.
– First of all apply tilak on the picture of the goddess with kumkum and garland it with flowers. Light a lamp of pure ghee. After this, keep offering things like vermillion, kumkum, rice, fruits, incense and clothes etc. to the goddess one by one.
– while worshiping Om Dhumavatyai Vidmahe Sanharinyai Dhimahi Tanno Dhuma Prachodayat Keep chanting the mantra also. After the puja, offer offerings to Goddess Dhumwati as per your wish. Finally listen to the story of Maa Dhumavati and perform Aarti.
– In this way, all sins are destroyed by worshiping Mother Dhumavati. Goddess Dhumavati is mainly worshiped for the accomplishment of Tantra-Mantra. Married women should not worship Goddess Dhumavati even by mistake.

The form of Goddess Dhumavati is like that of a widowed woman. Therefore, there is a belief that whoever looks at them starts having bad days and good luck may decrease.
