New Delhi: Mini has launched the all-electric Countryman SE All4 in India, entering the premium EV SUV market. The model is priced at Rs 66.90 lakh (ex-showroom) and is offered in a single JCW trim. It comes to India as a Completely Built Unit (CBU). Bookings are now open, and deliveries have already started.
The model comes with an all-wheel-drive system for improved grip and confident handling. Safety equipment includes multiple airbags, stability control, cruise control, a 360-degree camera, parking assistant, and brake assist. Mini offers a two-year unlimited kilometres warranty along with five years of roadside assistance. The battery pack is covered by an eight-year or 1,60,000 km warranty. Buyers can also extend service packages for up to ten years.

The EV is powered by a 66.45 kWh battery paired with a dual-motor setup which produces 313 hp and 494 Nm of torque. It can go 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds and has an estimated range of around 440 km on a single charge, while top speed is limited to 180 km/h. However, for charging it supports up to 130 kW DC fast charging, which can top the battery from 10% to 80% in about 29 minutes. Using a 22 kW AC charger, a full charge takes around 3 hours and 45 minutes.

Inside, the cabin features a large circular OLED touchscreen that handles entertainment, navigation, and vehicle settings. It runs Mini’s latest Operating System 9. Features include ambient lighting, a head-up display, a Harman Kardon sound system, connected car tech, and a panoramic glass roof. Mini also offers driving modes such as Go-Kart Mode, Green Mode, and Vivid Mode, which change the lighting, sound effects, and driving behaviour based on the user’s preference.

On the outside, the Countryman SE All4 looks compact yet powerful. It gets a redesigned front grille, new LED headlights, a cleaner bonnet design, and aerodynamic flush door handles. It also comes with 19-inch black alloy wheels, roof rails, and JCW-style racing stripes for a sportier appeal. The roof is painted in Jet Black as standard. Customers can choose from two body colours, including Legend Grey and Midnight Black. Both are paired with a Jet Black roof and black mirror caps. The lighting setup for the DRLs, headlamps, and tail lamps is customisable in different themes.
