He also said that India will buy more S-400 missile systems from Russia, because it is very important for the country’s security. Talking about India’s strategic programs, he said that the Nuclear Submarine Project is progressing at the right pace and there has been no delay in it. He said that during Operation Sindoor, Rafale fighter planes performed well, while BrahMos missiles also worked very effectively. He said that if the export of BrahMos increases, there will be a huge increase in India’s defense exports.
Delivery of MQ-9 drone expected on time
The Defense Minister also said that the delivery of MQ-9 drone from America is expected on time. He said, we want defense systems to be built in India, by Indians. He claimed that under the self-reliant defense policy of the government, India has made huge progress in this sector.
During the interview, he also talked about Bihar elections and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process conducted in the state. He said, why should there not be SIR? Many people are no longer in the world, some have settled abroad, some have shifted to other areas, in such a situation it is necessary to remove names from the voter list.
