Bank New Rule: Big changes are going to happen soon for those working in government banks. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has instructed banks that the employees working in every branch should know the local language so that they can talk to the customers easily. He also said that many customers do not have information related to credit score, hence they become more dependent on credit bureaus and due to this they face difficulty in taking loans.

Employees will get more priority

It is not necessary for all employees to know the same language.

Sitharaman also said that it is not necessary for all employees to know the same language, but there must be some employees in every branch who have knowledge of the local language. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that connecting with local customers is very important to increase the business of the bank. He said that earlier bank employees used to have good knowledge about their customers but now this understanding has become dependent only on technical data, which is not always correct. Sitharaman said that when bank officials do not have a direct relationship with the customers, then the branches are not able to understand the needs of the local people properly, which also affects the business.

The Finance Minister also said that he has heard of such cases where people are forced to take money from moneylenders when they do not get loan from the bank. He said that banks should not impose the responsibility of repeatedly bringing or proving documents on customers. If banks remove these small problems, they can be included among the most trusted institutions of the country.
