CM Vishnudev Sai Inaugurates Rural Bank: CM Vishnudev Sai has inaugurated three new bank branches in Chhattisgarh. This will benefit 44 thousand villagers.

Chhattisgarh new rural bank branches: Chhattisgarh CM Vishnudev Sai said that it is the priority of our government that banking facilities can be easily available to far-flung villages, so that farmers and businessmen and common people have all the facilities related to money in their own village. He said that banking services not only help in economic activities, but also helps in implementing the government’s plans properly. Chief Minister Shri Sai has inaugurated the new branches of Chhattisgarh State Rural Bank in village Ara of Jashpur development block, village Kudekela (Gharjiabathan) of Pathalgaon development block and village Chichhali of Garden Development Block in Bagia village of Jashpur district. On this occasion, he also released the 12th annual report of Chhattisgarh State Rural Bank.

More than 44 thousand villagers will get benefit

Addressing the program virtually, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that with the introduction of three new branches of Chhattisgarh State Gramin Bank in Jashpur district, about 44 thousand people of 23 gram panchayats and 48 dependent villages will get direct benefit. Now the villagers will not have to go far for banking works, which will save time and money.

Villagers will get from Atal Digital Facilitation Center

Chief Minister Shri Sai informed that Atal Digital Facilitation Center has been started in 268 panchayats of Jashpur district, through which a transaction of about Rs 15 crore has been done so far. There is a plan to start this facility center in all the panchayats of the district till the upcoming Panchayat Day. From these centers, villagers will get services related to banking, insurance and government schemes in their village itself. Mrs. Anima Minj, sarpanch of village Chichhali in Jashpur district, Mr. Manoj Bhagat, sarpanch of Ara and Mrs. Shashikanta Pankera, sarpanch of Kudekela, said that all banking facilities will now be available to the villagers of their area from the new bank branches. MLA Smt. Rayamuni Bhagat, who is linked to the Gram Panchayat Ara, said that with the opening of the bank, the benefit of beneficiaries will be directly benefited to the beneficiaries through the bank.
