Shiv Sena leader Anand Dubey said that this comment of Satam is wrong and inappropriate. He says that it is not at all right to impose mayor in Mumbai on the basis of someone’s caste or religion.

Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Anand Dubey questioned the mental condition of BJP leader Amit Satam and said that he needs treatment. He jokingly said that Uddhav Sena will get him treated in the mental asylum of Agra. Speaking to ANI, Dubey said that Amit Satam has been giving strange and controversial statements since becoming the president. He says that he has been making such statements about the Mayor of Mumbai since day one because he is afraid of losing his post. Apart from this, Anand Dubey accused BJP of doing Hindu-Muslim politics. He said that only a Marathi Hindu will become the Mayor of Mumbai. Dubey expressed confidence that Shiv Sena flag will be hoisted in the upcoming municipal elections and the Mayor of Mumbai will also be a Marathi Hindu.
