Development gift of ₹5657 crore to Madhya Pradesh. CM Yadav and Minister Khattar performed the bhoomi pujan of Indore-Ujjain four-lane road worth ₹2935 crore. Under the PM Awas Yojana, 38 thousand families entered their homes and the foundation stone of new houses was also laid.
Madhya Pradesh gets a double gift, Indore-Ujjain greenfield four-lane road will be built at a cost of Rs 2,935 crore. Bhopal/Indore. June 20 was a very special day for Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Manohar Lal Khattar performed the bhoomi pujan of houses worth more than Rs 2 thousand 548 crore under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban). More than 42 thousand beneficiaries will benefit from this Bhoomi Pujan. He also performed the griha pravesh of 38 thousand houses built at a cost of Rs 992 crore. Along with this, he also inaugurated 116 projects at a cost of Rs 446 crore and performed bhoomi pujan of 37 projects worth Rs 310.82 crore.
CM Dr. Mohan and Union Minister Khattar also performed the bhoomi pujan of the 48.10 km long Indore-Ujjain Greenfield four-lane project to be built at a cost of Rs 2 thousand 935 crore. This will benefit 20 villages of Indore, 8 of Ujjain and 40-50 surrounding villages. People’s journey of hours will now be completed in minutes.
Big master plan before Simhastha 2028!
- Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that Indore, Ujjain and Saver have got the gift of development works worth Rs 5657 crore today. This is a historic moment for the people of the state. Bhoomi pujan has been done for the straight road from Pitrishwar Mahadev of Indore to Baba Mahakal. This project will further connect Pithampur in Nimar region to the Delhi-Mumbai Economic Corridor and will become an important path of economic prosperity for the region. The state government has reduced its height on the demand of farmers, due to which farmers will also get benefits for transportation. In ancient times, sages and devotees used to travel on foot through this route for 12 months. Ujjain region will become a new synonym for development. During the 12 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rule, India has created its own identity in the country and the world.
- Taking aim at Congress, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi and Union Home Minister Shri Shah, Madhya Pradesh has become the first state to become free from Naxalism, but there was a time when Naxalites had publicly murdered a minister of the then government at the intersection. The Congress government could not take action against the killers of its minister, they were afraid to take action against the Naxalites out of greed for vote bank. Our government took concrete action against those who tarnish democracy. He said that the path chosen by Congress led to the opening of new factories of terrorism across the country. Today terrorism has been eliminated from the country. He said that the Indian government is securing the borders and inside the country.
Indore-Ujjain Greenfield Road will open a new path of development
Road will become the new synonym of development. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Fatehabad and Chandravati have once been the main center of trade between Indore-Ujjain. The new green field road along with the Parangat road will become a new synonym for development. This road is like a new sunrise for Ujjain-Indore Metropolitan City. Now the metropolitan area spread over 16 thousand square kilometers up to Indore, Ujjain, Dewas, Shajapur, Dhar and Ratlam will include 6 railway junctions, 2 airports, 4 airstrips and 2 highways. Roadways contribute significantly to the development of all sectors including industry, trade, agriculture and employment. Now Fatehabad is also going to get the gift of double track of railway. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that in the farmers welfare year 2026, the state government has taken many farmer-friendly decisions.
Farmers also got big benefits
Madhya Pradesh has made the record of purchasing maximum wheat from farmers in the country. Wheat has been procured from 1.45 lakh farmers of the state and Rs 2625 per quintal has been paid. Our farmers and young friends should wear helmets if they travel on motorcycles or other two-wheelers on the roads for business and employment. To keep their lives safe, the state government has decided to run a helmet safety campaign. Helmet plays a vital role in saving lives during road accidents. 2935 crore road will change the picture
Commendable work done under the leadership of CM Dr. Mohan. On this occasion, Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said that the Indore-Ujjain Greenfield Four Lane Project costing about Rs 2900 crore will reduce the distance between the two cities. Ujjain is a city of religion and inspiration and Indore is an economic and employment center. The construction of Ujjain-Indore Metropolitan Area will lead to development of employment, education and infrastructure on a large scale. Today, 38 thousand families have been given house-warming ceremony in houses costing Rs 2500 crore. He said that an amount of Rs 51 crore has been given to 20 thousand small traders of the area under Swanidhi Scheme. Sewer and drainage projects have been inaugurated under the Amrit 2.0 scheme. Vehicles and equipment from 36 fire brigade stations have been provided. There is a need to work fast for Swachh Bharat Mission in the state. He said that today Rs 5657 crore has been dedicated to the public for development works. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, excellent work of smart city has been done in Ujjain. This is a commendable initiative. Dr. Mohan Yadav is a visionary Chief Minister who will take Madhya Pradesh far ahead.
Greenfield Highway will change the whole picture
Farmers got tremendous benefit. Water Resources Minister Tulsi Silavat said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has been specially blessed by Mahakal. They are working with full determination to organize the grand and divine Simhastha 2028. In this series, the Bhoomi Pujan of Indore-Ujjain Greenfield Four Lane Project costing Rs 2 thousand 935 crore has been done. For this 48.10 kilometer long highway, a compensation of Rs 816 crore has been given to 916 farmers of 28 villages. This road is not only the confluence of Indore-Ujjain, but will also provide connectivity to Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and Gujarat.
