Farhan Akhtar’s 120 Bahadur

120 Bahadur, directed by Razneesh ‘Razy’ Ghai, is inspired by one of the most heroic chapters in Indian military history — the Battle of Rezang La (1962). During the conflict, 120 soldiers of Charlie Company from the 13 Kumaon Regiment stood firm against more than 3,000 advancing Chinese troops. Their courage, sacrifices and unwavering willpower have been remembered as symbols of extraordinary patriotism.

Farhan Akhtar leads the film as Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, PVC, who commanded the unit during the battle. The role is being positioned as one of his most intense and emotionally charged performances. The film’s message revolves around the spirit of resilience, captured in the recurring line: “Hum Peechhe Nahin Hatenge.”
