A strange case has come to light in Gariaband district of Chhattisgarh. The son of an ordinary farmer living in Madagaon of Devbhog police station area of the district accidentally allotted the old mobile number of Indian cricketer Rajat Patidar.
What happened after this was no less than a film story. The boy started calling players like Virat Kohli, Yash Dayal and South African veteran AB de Villiers.
Cricketer’s number was found like this
Manish BC, 21 -year -old son of village young farmer Gajendra BC, bought a SIM card for himself from a mobile center in Devbhog on 28 June. Mobile operator Shishupala allotted him a number under the normal process. After Manish installed WhatsApp on this number a few days later, he saw a picture of Indian cricketer Rajat Patidar in DP. At first he felt that it must have been hit by default.
Star players started getting phones
Two days later, unknown calls started coming on this number. The callers were describing themselves as Virat Kohli, Yash Dayal and AB de Villiers. Cricket enthusiast Manish felt that the village friends were joking with him. When the calls of the cricketers came on the boy, the boys would also enjoy them fiercely. But the callers kept calling him again and again as a silver Patidar.
Rajat Patidar called and asked for sim
This series continued for about 15 days. A day later, Rajat Patidar himself called Manish and requested to return the SIM. At first the youths considered it a joke, but when Rajat Patidar said that I have complained to the police station and do not return the SIM. After that the police reached the village. The police gave full information about the case to the youth after which the youth returned the SIM to the police.
Police told why this happened
Devbhog police station in -charge Faizul Shah Hoda said that this number of silver Patidar was closed for 90 days due to some reason. After which according to the process of the telecom company, the number can be re -allotted if it remains inactive for a long time. In this case, Madhya Pradesh Cyber Cell contacted Manish’s father and requested to return the SIM, which he agreed.
The young man said, I got a lottery
22 -year -old Khemraj, who runs the village grocery shop, and the mental form weak Manish said that we will remember this incident throughout life. He said that this is no less than a lottery for us. We talked to the cricketers of our country. He said that we are a fan of Virat Kohli. A mistake got a chance to talk directly to his cricket idol. Both the youths say that they could have kept the SIM with them, but they returned the SIM at the request of the players and the police.
Youth expect silver Patidar
Both the youth said that it is expected that Rajat Patidars will definitely contact them personally for their help. Now this incident has become a topic of discussion in the entire village. However, the police have not taken any action against the young man.
