How to make Moringa Laddus at home

Ingredients to make Moringa Laddu:
1 cup moringa powder (made from dried drumstick leaves)
1/2 cup roasted gram flour or flour
1/2 cup ghee
1 cup dates (remove seeds and make paste) or jaggery
1/4 cup chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
How to make Moringa Laddu
- To make Moringa Laddu, first heat some ghee in a pan and fry the gram flour or flour until it turns golden.
- Now add moringa powder to it and fry on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
- Take out this mixture in a big vessel and let it cool.
- After it cools down, add dates paste or grated jaggery, dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Apply some ghee on your hands and make small laddus from this mixture.
- These laddus do not spoil for a week to 15 days and you can eat them any time in the morning or evening.
