Afghanistan Supreme Court: 340 criminals have been punished by the Supreme Court of Afghanistan within 4 months. There is a denial of international pressure behind it.

Afghanistan Supreme Court Punishment: It is very important to maintain law and order in any country. This work is well done by the country. In this context, the Supreme Court of Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan has given 340 decorating accused in 27 provinces including Kabul. This work has been done by the court within the last 4 months. Supreme Court spokesperson Abdul Rahim Rashid, while speaking, said, “340 convicts have been punished on the basis of different crimes.”

The attitude of the Supreme Court is very clear

Rashid cleaned the court stance to enforce Islamic Hudud laws and punishment. He said that all decisions are issued keeping in mind the Islamic Sharia. The questions of foreign institutions are not considered while doing so. Rashid, while speaking, said, “The attitude of the Supreme Court is very clear. According to Islamic orders, the Supreme Court punishes criminals, and all decisions are issued on the basis of Sharia. In this case, criticism of any foreign institution or country neither matters nor is it important to us.”

Things set by Sharia should be implemented in the country

Expressing concern over the process of implementing the sentence, Mir Abdul Waheed Saadat, studying of Afghanistan National Lawyers Ansoctions, spoke. He asked whether the convenience of a lawyer has been taken care of to improve criminals and their basic rights, such as rescue. His question was, “Under which law are these punishment being given?” At the same time, religious scholar Hasibullah Hanafi supported the court’s decision, saying, “If we want Sharia to be fully implemented in the country, then we should give special importance to Hudud and punishment. If we want corruption, treason, murder and looting from the country, it is necessary to implement the principles and boundaries prescribed by Sharia.” The Supreme Court had said in its point that it would not come to international pressure regarding Sharia decisions.
