PM Kisan 21st Installment Update: Crores of farmers across the country are waiting for the 21st installment of PM Kisan under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM Kisan) scheme. In this scheme, registered farmers are given financial assistance of Rs 6000 every year, which is sent directly to the bank account in three installments of Rs 2,000 each. At present, the official date has not been announced by the government, but according to media reports, the 21st installment can be released in the first week of November. How do new farmers do new registration in PM Kisan?
If you have not yet registered for PM Kisan, then do it immediately. You can register for this through both online and offline modes. To register online-
- First of all go to the official website pmkisan.gov.in.
- Click on ‘New Farmer Registration’ on the homepage.
- Now fill Aadhaar number, state name and captcha code.
- After OTP verification the application form will open.
- Enter your name here]as per Aadhaar, fill the bank details like account number, IFSC code, mobile number and land information (Khasra, Khatauni).
- Upload the required documents and click on submit.
- Now your application will be verified at the state level, after verification you become eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme.
How to check PM Kisan beneficiary list or status?
After registration, many farmers want to know whether their name is in the beneficiary list or not. For this, follow the easy method given below-
- Open the official website pmkisan.gov.in.
- Click on ‘Know Your Status’.
- Enter your registration number or Aadhar number.
- Now your name will appear in the beneficiary list.
- Keep in mind, it is necessary to complete eKYC, otherwise the installment will not be released.

What is the update on PM Kisan 21st installment?
The government has not yet announced the official date, but according to reports, the money is likely to come into the accounts of farmers in the first week of November. The Central Government has already released the 21st installment for the flood and landslide affected farmers of Jammu and Kashmir. On October 7, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan transferred Rs 171 crore to the accounts of 8.55 lakh farmers, including 85,000 women farmers, through video conferencing.
Can PM Kisan’s money be stopped due to code of conduct?
Presently Model Code of Conduct is implemented in Bihar, hence many farmers have a question in their mind whether their payment will be stopped due to the code of conduct, then the answer is that it will not be stopped. The government cannot announce new schemes during the election code of conduct, but payments under already approved schemes like PM-Kisan can continue. That means there is no possibility of any problem in getting the installment.

Who can take benefit of PM Kisan Yojana?
Not everyone can take advantage of PM Kisan Yojana. There are some necessary conditions for this-
- The beneficiary must be an Indian citizen.
- The farmer must have cultivable land.
- He should be a small or marginal farmer.
- Individuals receiving pension of Rs 10,000 or more are not eligible.
- Those who have filed income tax are not eligible for this scheme.
- Institutional landholders will not get the benefit of the scheme.
What is PM Kisan Yojana?
Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme was started in the year 2019. Its objective is to provide financial assistance to small and marginal farmers. Under the scheme, eligible farmers are given Rs 2000 every four months, i.e. a total of Rs 6000 in a year. The money is sent directly to the bank accounts of the farmers, due to which transparency is maintained.
