J-K Encounter:An encounter broke out between the security forces and terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district in the early hours of Sunday. In a post on X, the army stated that the armed forces launched anti-terror operation in the Dul region. It stated that the operation was launched in the early hours of Sunday after receiving inputs of presence of terrorists in the region.
“Alert Indian Army troops while carrying out an intelligence based operation have established contact with terrorists in general area of Dul in Kishtwar in early hours of 10 Aug 2025,” said the White Knight Corps in a post on X. “Gunfire exchanged. Operation under progress,” it added.
