Coffee cultivation
Oyo Homes and Homey Huts have entered into an agreement under which homestands will be built in the tribal areas of Andhra Pradesh. Its aim is to make the visiting tourists experience the real life of the village and also create new earning opportunities for tribal families. This agreement is part of the efforts being made on a large scale, which aims to promote sustainable development and economic cooperation in tribal communities.
Coffee cultivation will be done in tribal areas
Meanwhile, ITC has also entered into an agreement with ITDA Paderu, under which 1,600 hectares and coffee will be cultivated on the land. Earlier, 4,010 hectares of land is already being cultivated, which has been done in collaboration with the cooperative society of local farmers.
The Coffee Board has also entered into a similar agreement so that coffee cultivation can be promoted in tribal areas, especially focusing on high quality and durable farming methods.
Eco-friendly tribal festival
To help tribal women, Frontier Marketing and Easy Mart have also tied up, under which the marketing of local products made in the village will be improved. A company named Equip has also tied up with ITDA, under which turmeric cultivation will be promoted, processing units will be set up and the necessary structure will be prepared for access to Value Edition and large market.
Tribal tourism circuit will develop
The Indian School of Business, along with ITDA, will spread awareness about the commercial importance of seasonal forest products made by a group of tribal women. At the same time, The Change Society has promised to start education based on values for tribal students.
In addition, several agreements have also been made to promote natural farming, strengthen rural marketing systems and prepare models of sustainable livelihood for a long time. The Andhra Pradesh Tourism Forum has also planned to develop tribal tourism circuits, so that employment in far-flung areas of the state will increase and boost inclusive development.
