Blasts in Pakistan Supreme Court, 15 injured

Islamabad: An explosion inside Pakistan’s Supreme Court left 15 people seriously injured on Tuesday. The injured were rushed to the hospital.

Preliminary findings indicate that the blast occurred in the air conditioner gas plant while maintenance work was underway on the central cooling system.

The impact of the explosion was so strong that it reportedly shook parts of the court complex, prompting staff members and lawyers to rush outside for safety.
