Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has expressed happiness over the World Cup victory of the Indian women’s cricket team. He talked to Kranti Gaur, daughter of Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh and the team’s all-rounder player, over video call. There was an emotional exchange between the two during the conversation. The Chief Minister discussed in detail about the experiences of the match with Kranti and also shared this conversation on social media. The Chief Minister also announced an incentive amount of Rs 1 crore to Kranti Gaur.

We enjoyed watching the match very much. We are proud that our younger sister made a great record. The entire state and country are proud of this achievement. This pride increases further when the record making daughter is from our state. Truly, the revolution made a revolution.
The Chief Minister smilingly asked, “Did you sleep after the victory or not?”, to which Kranti said, “Yes, I slept peacefully that night, but there was definitely worry in my mind before the final.”
