Two men die by drowning in Udaipur’s Gangu Kund

Udaipur (Rajasthan) [India], May 31 (Desk): In a tragic incident on Saturday in Rajasthan’s Udaipur, two young men died by drowning in Gangu Kund.
The two lost their lives as they drowned while bathing in the Gangu Kund.
Civil Defence team and Bhopalpura police station officials reached the spot after getting information about the incident.

The rescue operation lasted for two hours and the bodies were taken out.
Councillor Manohar Chaudhary said the two youths had come to take a bath. “The deceased Kapil Sharma was a resident of Alwar and was working in a bank. The second deceased Ganesh Mehra, was a taxi driver and a resident of the Payda area,” he said.
“The police have kept the bodies of both the deceased in the mortuary of MB Hospital. The families have been informed about the incident. A post-mortem will be done after arrival of family members.” (Desk)
