First day journey from Chandigarh to Narkanda
Your trip will start from Chandigarh. It would be best to leave early in the morning so that you can reach Narkanda by evening while enjoying the hilly roads. Narkanda is known for apple orchards and snow clad hills. The cool breeze and peaceful atmosphere here will remove all your fatigue. In the evening, visit the local market or watch the beautiful sunset from Hatu Peak.
Day 2: Narkanda to Sangila
The journey on the second day will be a little longer but the views will force you to stay here. On the way, the cool waterfalls flowing along the banks of Sutlej river and the valleys covered with greenery will fascinate you. On reaching Sangila, see the simple lifestyle of the people of Kamik and Rakcham villages. The Baspa Valley here is no less than a paradise for photographers.

Day 3: Sangila to Harling
On the third day you will proceed towards Harling via Kinnaur. This is a small village which has been saved from the crowd of travelers till now. On the way you will see old monasteries and ancient sculptures carved on rocks. Spending the night here will give you a special and different experience. The peace and sound of nature under the starry sky will erase all the worries and troubles of life.
Day 4: Harling to Kaza
The journey towards Kaza, which is called the heart of Spiti Valley, will start on the fourth day. There are historical places like Tabo and Dhankar Monastery on the way, seeing which you will have a different experience. On reaching Kaza, you can see this small but beautiful town situated amidst snow covered peaks. Visit the local market here and taste hot momo or thukpa at Himalayan Cafe.
Day 5 Kaza Sightseeing
Keep the fifth day completely for exploring Kaza and its surrounding places. Be sure to visit Ki Monastery and Kibber village, which is one of the highest inhabited villages in the world. Apart from this, villages like Langja, Hikkim and Komik will introduce you to the old lifestyle situated on the heights of the Himalayas. Day 6: From Kaza to Kalpa
On the sixth day you will proceed back from Kaza and reach Kalpa in Kinnaur district. The view of Kalpa is so beautiful that you will feel like stopping at every turn. From here you can get a close view of Kinnar Kailash Mountain, which keeps shining as a snow covered peak. Walking in the local market in the evening and tasting Tibetan food can be the best memory of the trip.
Day 7 Kalpa to Chandigarh (Drop)
Your memorable journey will be completed on the seventh day. In the morning, cherish the memories of this journey by sipping a cup of hot tea in the fresh air of Kalpa and then head back towards Chandigarh.
