Candius (oil massage)

Eat hot milk or herbal tea
According to Ayurveda, it is better to sleep before 10 pm for good sleep. A glass of warm milk should be drunk before bedtime, which can also add some herb, such as nutmeg, ashwagandha, turmeric or gaming. All these things are very beneficial. You can drink anything from them by mixing anything in milk. This habit makes your digestion better. Also calms the nerve and boosts melatonin production. Practice the nose
Nasya is an Ayurvedic practice, in which a medicinal substance is transported to the body through the nose. For better sleep, you can add ghee to the nose before going to bed at night. It calms the brain, which reduces stress. These are considered beneficial for those who are struggling with dry sinus, migraine or breathing problem.
Shirodhara or meditation is beneficial
Shyodharara is Ayurvedic practice, in which hot oil is inserted on the forehead. Although this therapy is done in the Ayurvedic center, but it is done in a different way in the house. In this, you have to keep a cloth soaked in cold water on the forehead, not hot oil. After keeping it, take deep breath for 5-10 minutes and do meditation. It reduces overthinking and calms bile and vata dosha. After doing this, sleep is also very good.
Digital detox is important
According to Ayurveda, the environment of bed time has a direct impact on the quality of our sleep, the biggest reason for which is to spend too much time on the screen. Mobine, the blue light emanating from the laptop affects melatonin production, due to which sleep does not come quickly and there are problems like breaking up in between. In such a situation, Ayurveda says that you should make distance from mobile, TV and laptop 1 hour before bedtime. With this, you will be able to sleep peacefully and you will not even sleep in the middle of the night.
