What should I make for dinner today?…Most people have trouble with this question. Whether the fridge is full of vegetables or the kitchen smells of spices, it is still difficult to decide what to make for dinner today. Among the vegetables taken in the daily lunch, pulses and different types of vegetables are prepared. Each vegetable is prepared in a different way. Like many people like to eat bottle gourd in a simple way and many like to make koftas out of it, which are liked by most of the people.
But you can make koftas with many things other than bottle gourd. You can make kofta with potato-paneer, spinach and mixed vegetables. You can also take it in tiffin. Apart from this, you can prepare this delicious vegetable for the guests coming to your house. Which everyone will like.
Potato-Paneer Kofta
Ingredients – 3 potatoes, 100 grams grated cheese, 2 tbsp cornflour or gram flour, 1 finely chopped chilli, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp garam masala, salt to taste, oil, 3 tomatoes, 1 onion, ginger and garlic paste, 8 to 10 cashews, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp garam masala, 2 tbsp cream or malai, 2 large spoon oil and salt as per taste

Recipe – To make it, boil it in a vessel, now add grated cheese, green chillies, green coriander, spices and mix well. Now add gram flour or cornflour and mix well. Now make small round balls out of it. Now heat oil in a pan and fry these balls on low flame until the color becomes golden. Now lightly fry onion, tomato and cashew nuts in a grinder and make a smooth paste. Put some oil in the pan and heat it. Now after this add ginger and garlic paste and fry till the aroma comes.

Now add onion, tomato and cashew paste. Fry it for 5 to 7 minutes. Until the oil separates. Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, salt and garam masala in it. Add some water and cook the groovy for 4 to 5 minutes. Now add cream or cream to it and mix well. Now just before serving, add the fried koftas to the gravy. Mix gently, cover with lid and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish by adding some cream and coriander on top. You can eat Potato-Paneer Kofta Paratha with Tandoori Roti or Jeera Rice, which will taste very tasty.
