Punaura Dham News: Friday, August 8 is very special and historic for Sitamarhi in Bihar. The foundation stone of the temple of Maa Sita at Punaura Dham by Union Minister Amit Shah will lay the foundation stone. During this, CM Nitish Kumar and the Mahant of the temple will also be present.
Sitamarhi News: August 8 is an important and historical day for crores of eternity of the country. It will be a pleasure especially for Sitamarhi and the entire Mithila region. The wait of hundreds of years of people is now over. With the foundation stone of the temple, the construction of the grand and divine temple of Mother Sita will begin. Union Home Minister Amit Shah will lay the foundation stone of Mother Sita’s temple at Punaura Dham, the birthplace of mother Janaki. During this, CM Nitish Kumar and Mahant Kaushal Kishore Das Ji Maharaj of Punaura Dham Temple will also be present.
Amit Shah’s minute-to-minute program
Bhoomi Pujan and the foundation stone will be done with full rituals with Vedic chanting. All preparations have been completed for this. Bhumi Pujan will be done by three masters of Mithila University and three Acharyas of Kashi University, i.e. 6 Acharyas. The famous and big saints of various major monasteries of the country will be present at the foundation stone site and witness the Bhoomi Pujan and the foundation stone program. Union Home Minister Amit Shah will communicate with the saints for seven to eight minutes at the foundation stone site after Bhumi Pujan. They will receive the offerings of saints and receive blessings. After this, the Home Minister and Chief Minister will go to the Bhakta Samagam pandal, where they will address thousands of devotees present. There is a strong arrangement for about 50 thousand people to sit in the pandal. The auspicious time of Bhoomi Poojan co -foundation stone is scheduled from 1.55 pm to 3.15 pm.

Workers finalize preparations
For the past one week, there was continuous preparations by the administration and temple management at Punaura Dham. Hundreds of laborers were engaged in work day and night. The entire administrative staff is camping at Punaura Dham. Police officers and a large number of men and women policemen have been deployed inside and outside the Punaura Dham temple complex. Police are deployed on the rumble. The police is keeping a close watch on every activity. The dog squad team is fully present at the scene and is monitoring.

‘Traffic and security preparations complete’
SP Amit Ranjan said that all the magistrates and police officials have been given necessary guidelines through briefing. Traffic and vehicle parking have been arranged. The Municipal Corporation has made arrangements for drinking water and toilets. The German hangar is ready. Media gallery is ready. The temple is decorated with attractive lights and flowers. All preparations including pandal construction at the foundation stone site have been completed. Police officers and soldiers have been deputed from several districts for security during the program. These include four-five DIG level officials.
