Changing logos can be a tedious task. Not only does a logo carry brand identity, doing it wrong can completely dilute the brand for all the wrong reasons. This is one of the reasons why we see only minimal changes when companies try to update their logo. The newest brand to go through creating a new logo is Bentley. This is the fifth time that they have changed the logo and it will debut on a completely new concept car that Bentley will showcase on July 8th.
Along with the new logo, Bentley will also showcase a completely new design direction that they will be taking with their future models. Bentley will also launch their new design studio at their headquarters in Crewe, England. Details on the new concept cars are scarce and rumors suggest that it will be an all electric car.
As far as changes go which are done to the logo, the wings have been given a modern touch by straightening them out. While many manufacturers are moving towards minimalism and opting for flat logo designs, Bentley has kept the logo 3-D and it still has a lot of depth to it.
This is also the fifth time that the logo has been changed. The first one was made in 1919, then it was updated in 1931, then in 1990, then in 2002 and finally now in 2025.
