This is how you can buy a house without lottery
If you need a house or plot immediately, you can buy already allotted property. For this, it is important for you to check some things while buying a resale house or plot. For example, allotment letter, lease deed/registry paper, whether the dues have been paid or not. Whether the allottee has received NOC from YEIDA or not, whether there is any legal dispute on the land or house. While buying for resale, definitely check the documents with a lawyer.
Apart from this, it is also important to find out whether the plot or house is involved in any legal dispute. For safe investment, get all the documents checked by an experienced lawyer. With this, any kind of legal or financial trouble can be avoided in future.
