JEE Mains 2026 Registration: National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the registration process for JEE Mains 2026 Session 1. If you are dreaming of taking admission in IIT, NIT or other engineering colleges, then apply immediately. This time also NTA has kept the application process completely online. What is the last date to apply for JEE Main Session 1?
The last date to apply for JEE Main 2026 Session 1 is 27 November 2025. After this there will be no chance to submit the form, hence candidates are advised not to wait for the last minute to avoid trouble.
When will JEE Main Session 1 exam be held?
According to NTA, JEE Main 2026 Session 1 exam will be conducted from January 21 to January 30, 2026. Exam City Intimation Slip will be released in the first week of January and admit cards will be released a few days before the exam.
In how many languages will JEE Main exam 2026 be held?
JEE Main 2026 exam will be conducted this time in 13 languages. Which includes English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
When to apply for JEE Main 2026 Session 2?
NTA has clarified that the application has started only for session 1, January 2026. Candidates who wish can apply for Session 1 only. A separate opportunity to apply for session 2, April 2026 will be given. If a candidate has applied in Session 1, he/she will not need to register again for Session 2, just login with the same application number and pay the fee.

- First of all go to jeemain.nta.nic.in website.
- Click on JEE Mains 2026 Session 1 Registration link on the home page.
- A new page will open, where you will have to register first.
- After registration, fill the application form carefully.
- Upload the requested information and documents.
- Pay the application fee online.
- After submission, download the confirmation page and take a print out of it and keep it safe for future use.

What is the JEE Main application fee?
Candidates can deposit their fees online through credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI. Keep in mind, the candidate will have to pay the processing charge and GST separately. Candidates can see complete information related to fees in the information bulletin issued by NTA.
