According to reports, on Tuesday afternoon, Ben Austin was practicing batting in front of an automatic bowling machine at the Valley Tew Reserve Ground in Ben Ferntree Street. Then a ball hit the part between his head and neck, due to which he immediately fell on the ground. The ambulance and paramedical team immediately arrived at the spot and he was taken to Monash Medical Centre, where doctors tried to save him but he died on Wednesday.
