Two women who shifted to a new house in Delhi saw a man masturbating in public. He used to target girls from nearby PG. With the complaint and help of the women, the police arrested the accused.
New Delhi: When one shifts to a new place, one usually expects good things and the beginning of a new chapter. But, for a Delhi woman and her flatmate, this change started with a very dangerous and disgusting incident. The woman shared her experience of the first day in her new house on social media. The woman’s roommate, standing on the balcony, saw a man near the house, who seemed to be waiting for someone. But actually the man was waiting for the girls to come out from the nearby PG.
What happened next left both the girls even more shocked. As soon as the man saw a girl leaving the PG, he allegedly “pulled down his pants” and started “masturbating”. Seeing this, both the flatmates got scared and called the Delhi Police, but before the police arrived, the man had fled from there. The next day, when the woman’s flatmate went to the balcony again, the same incident happened again. But this time both of them acted quickly and contacted the police and worked together with them, after which the man was finally caught.
