Now a new twist has come to light in the case of alleged irregularities and embezzlement in the donation amount of Shri Ram Temple. Ramshankar Yadav alias Tinnu, who has been under the scanner for a long time, came in front of the camera on Tuesday and made many big claims in his favor.
Disclosing the names of the people involved in the counting process of donations, Tinnu said that the entire process was done under a fixed system and many responsible people were involved in it. After this statement of his, now the direction of investigation seems to be moving towards many more people.
Tinnu claimed that the responsibility of counting the donation amount was under the supervision of Anil Mishra associated with the trust. He said that the entire process related to cash was carried out under the supervision of Anil Mishra. Along with this, he also gave the names of three other people, who played an important role in the counting process. Now all these names have come into the notice of the investigating agency.

Ramshankar Yadav alias Tinnu told that three in-charges were made to count the donation amount. These included Dinanath Verma, Prakash Gupta and Subhash Srivastava. He told that the counting process was done under a special system. One key remained with the trust, while the other key was with the bank employees. The lock was opened only after both the keys were used and after that the counting of donation amount started. According to Tinnu, the roles of all the people present during the counting were fixed and the entire process was under the supervision of many people.
Tinnu’s claim – a conspiracy is being hatched against me
During the statement, Tinnu completely rejected the allegations against him. He said that some people are conspiring against him. However, he also said that he does not yet know who are doing this against him. Tinnu said that the truth will come out in the investigation. He expressed confidence that the real situation will become clear after a fair investigation of the entire matter.
Also given clarification on allegations of property worth Rs 50 crore
Apart from the donation amount controversy, many claims were also being made on social media regarding the property of Ramshankar Yadav alias Tinnu. He also reacted to these claims and said that the talks about him having assets worth Rs 50 crore are completely wrong and misleading. Tinnu told that he had done OTC in 1988 and by joining Vishwa Hindu Parishad in 1993, he played an active role in the Ram Janmabhoomi movement. He said that the land and house in question were purchased by him in the year 2008.
House was given on rent to L&T team
Tinnu said that his house was given on rent to the L&T team during the construction of Ram temple. They also continued to earn income from this. He said that the things being spread on social media about his property are far from the truth. He said that all the facts related to his life and property will come out in the investigation. Tinnu also said that the final decision will be taken by Lord Shri Ram.
Names may increase under investigation
After Tinnu’s statement, the scope of investigation in this entire matter is likely to increase. Many questions like the role of people related to counting of donations, transparency of the process and cash management will be examined. Now it has to be seen what new facts emerge in the SIT inquiry and whose role comes to light in this case.
