Nitish Kumar ReddyNitish Kumar Reddy has talent but his fitness often seems to be leaving him. Something similar happened with him during the T20 series against Australia. Nitish Kumar Reddy has been ruled out of the first three T20 matches against Australia. This all-rounder was injured during the second match of the ODI series and is still not fit. It is a good thing for Team India that it has the option of Reddy. Shivam Dubey is playing as a batting all-rounder in the team.

What happened to Nitish Reddy?

Nitish Reddy has suffered an injury in the quadriceps muscle of his legs. He suffered this injury in the second ODI. After this, Nitish Reddy also suffered from stiffness in his neck, due to which he could not recover. BCCI’s medical team is keeping an eye on him. This 22 year old all-rounder has so far scored 90 runs at an average of 45 and his strike rate is more than 180. He has also taken 3 wickets in T20.

Team India lost the toss in Canberra

On the fast pitch of Canberra, Team India fielded three spinners in the form of Kuldeep Yadav, Akshar Patel and Varun Chakraborty. Team India gave a chance to Shivam Dubey as the sixth bowler.
