New Delhi: Cloud seeding efforts to trigger rainfall in parts of Delhi on Tuesday were “not completely successful” due to low moisture content in the clouds, IIT Kanpur Director Professor Manindra Agarwal said. The experiment, conducted jointly by IIT Kanpur and the Delhi government, aimed to reduce the city’s pollution levels through artificial rain.
