The state government will make 2 lakh new recruitments, a new commission will be formed for pension and grade pay discrepancies and employees will get the benefit of 55% DA, housing and insurance.

Officers and employees play the most important role in the development of the state. He said that the smile of government employees is the real basis of development. The State Government is always attentive to the interests of the employees and is continuously taking steps for their welfare.
New committee will be formed for pension and grade pay of employees
The Chief Minister said that the State Government has decided to constitute a committee to implement the Integrated Pension Scheme for the employees appointed on or after January 1, 2005. With this, pension related discrepancies can be removed. Also, a new commission will be formed with the participation of retired senior officers to look into pay discrepancy, grade pay and designation change. The Chief Minister said that prompt disposal of public works and devotion to their duties is the responsibility of the employees. With the mutual cooperation of the government and administration, the state will be moved forward rapidly.
Chief Minister’s address at Diwali meeting ceremony
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav attended the Diwali Milan function organized by the State Employees Union at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Park located in Mantralaya. He said that this program is a symbol of mutual dialogue and harmony.
Recruitment on 2 lakh new posts and examination on UPSC lines
The Chief Minister said that the state government is taking full care of the interests of the employees. House rent allowance pending for 9 years has been resolved. About 4 lakh employees of the state will soon get the benefit of promotion. He informed that 2 lakh new posts are being created by starting the new recruitment process. An integrated examination will be conducted on the lines of UPSC, through which recruitment to many posts can be done through a single examination.
Large scale recruitment in police and Anganwadi also
The Chief Minister said that Police Recruitment Board has been formed to speed up police recruitment. The recruitment process has been started for 20 thousand posts in the police department. Along with this, 476 new posts of Anganwadi supervisors have been approved and recruitment for 19,504 posts of worker-assistants is starting through digital method.
New housing and insurance schemes for employees
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that state employees have been given the benefit of 55 percent dearness allowance like central employees. The payment of arrears was completed in five installments from June to October 2025. He said that under the Smart City project, 366 houses have been allotted to the employees and more than 300 new houses are also ready, which will soon be allotted with a single click. Anganwadi workers and assistants will also be given the benefits of Jeevan Jyoti Insurance and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana.
More decisions in the interest of employees soon
The Chief Minister said that after completion of two years of the state government, more important decisions will be taken in the interest of the employees. During this, he also wished everyone a happy Chhath festival.
