A case of molestation of a 10 year old minor has come to light in Khajuraho of Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh. As soon as the incident was known, the police started investigating the matter. A separate team was formed for this. Under the direction of Chhatarpur Range DIG Lalit Shakyawar, District Superintendent of Police Agam Jain, Khajuraho SDOP Dr. Salil Sharma, Khajuraho TI Atul Dixit has taken major action.
Khajuraho police has arrested the accused. According to the information, on the pretext of showing the AC, the relative did dirty work with the girl. The father of the minor girl had gone to Mumbai. The incident of molestation took place on 27th April. After the complaint of the family members, Khajuraho police has arrested the accused person.
The girl had gone with her mother to buy flour
Let us tell you that the case of molestation of a minor girl is from Damad locality of Ward No. 06 Manzoornagar of Khajuraho police station. Where a 10-year-old minor living with her mother was going to the flour mill shop in the locality to buy flour. Then standing at the door were her relatives, whom she called Khujju Phuffa.
Uncle molested a minor girl
That uncle called the girl to him. On the pretext of showing the room with AC in his guest house and giving chocolates, he closed the room and started doing obscene acts with the innocent child. The minor got scared by this and somehow ran away from there and reached home. After this the minor girl narrated her ordeal to her mother.
Police arrested the accused under POCSO Act
Here, as soon as he got information about the incident, the girl’s father reached Khajuraho from Mumbai. A complaint was lodged against the accused in the police station. After this, the police arrested the accused person Khawaj Muhammad alias Khujju and registered a case against him under sections 354, 354 (A) 342 of sexual harassment and POCSO Act 7, 8, 9, and 10.
