Jaipur High Court Update: IPL player Yash Dayal has increased after accusing a minor girl of rape in Sanganer police station area of Jaipur. The Rajasthan High Court has refused to stay the arrest in the case, so that the Jaipur police can now arrest Yash Dayal at any time.
According to Sanganer police station, the victim’s age was only 17 years ago when she came in contact with Yash Dayal. It is alleged that Yash raped her by pretending to make a career in cricket. Recently, the girl is accused of raping a hotel even after coming to Jaipur during IPL-2025. The police have registered an FIR under the Poxo Act in this case. During the court hearing, a bench of Justice Sudhesh Bansal clearly stated that since the victim is a minor, police action and arrest cannot be stopped.

Yash Dayal’s lawyer argued that a similar case was earlier filed against him in Ghaziabad, in which the Allahabad High Court had stayed the arrest. But the court showed strictness regarding the Jaipur case and summoned the case diary, the next hearing has been fixed on 22 August. Police sources say that if Yash Dayal is not taken into custody soon, he may escape. In such a situation, a team of Crime Branch has been activated.
The new twist in the case came when another girl also filed a similar case in Jaipur. The police suspect that an organized gang targets the players and blackmails the players. However, despite this apprehension, the possibility of arrest of Yash Dayal is getting stronger.
