Bajaj Auto appears to be preparing a significant update for its entry-level Pulsar lineup. Fresh spy shots have revealed a heavily camouflaged test mule of the upcoming Pulsar N125, showcasing substantial styling changes that could make it one of the biggest visual updates for the motorcycle in recent years.
The test bike was spotted undergoing road tests, hinting that development is in its advanced stages. While camouflage covers most of the bodywork, several key design elements are clearly visible, revealing a motorcycle that looks larger, sharper and more premium than the current model on sale.
Sharper Styling With Bigger Bike Presence
One of the biggest changes can be seen at the front. 2027 Bajaj Pulsar N125 appears to feature a completely redesigned front fascia with a larger headlamp cowl and revised body panels. Although the lighting setup remains concealed beneath camouflage, the overall shape looks noticeably more muscular.
The fuel tank area also appears substantially larger than before. New tank extensions and shrouds give the motorcycle a more aggressive stance, helping it visually bridge the gap between commuter motorcycles and larger sporty offerings in Bajaj’s portfolio.
New Exhaust And Revised Ergonomics
From the side profile, the motorcycle appears longer and more substantial than the current Pulsar N125. The rear section has also been redesigned with fresh body panels and a sharper tail design. Another notable change is the introduction of a new side-slung exhaust with a prominent silver heat shield.

The test mule continues with conventional telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock suspension setup. Alloy wheels are seen at both ends, while braking duties are handled by a front disc brake and rear drum brake. One practical addition visible in the spy shots is a fully enclosed chain cover.

The new Pulsar N125 is expected to continue with the existing 125cc single-cylinder engine, likely receiving refinements for improved efficiency, emissions compliance and rideability. It could also be offered with flex fuel option.
